My first visit to Billericay Dental Care yesterday and both the work carried out, my dentist and all the staff were friendly and professional. I can only speak with the highest regard for them and would definitely recommend them.

I had a check up done with Mustafa and the lovely nurse Holly, and came away feeling very happy. The appointment didn’t feel rushed and it felt like we went over all of my concerns thoroughly. Will always come back to Billericay Dental Care!

Today I had both my checkup and hygiene appointments.I had a fantastic experience in my checkup appointment with Dr Charu, assisted by Nurse Diane. They were both warm, friendly, and professional, making me feel comfortable and at ease from the moment I arrived. Dr Charu was incredibly thorough, took the time to explain everything clearly, and answered all of my questions. Nurse Diane was kind, attentive, and helped make the whole appointment run smoothly. The practice was clean, modern, and well organised, and the entire team was welcoming. I really appreciated the excellent care I received and would highly recommend Dr Charu, Nurse Diane, and the practice to anyone looking for outstanding dental care.My second appointment was with the lovely hygienist Lucy, with assistant Emily.I couldn’t be happier with the care I received during my hygienist appointment with Lucy and Nurse Emily. They were both so friendly and professional, creating a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere from start to finish. Lucy was extremely gentle yet thorough, explaining what she was doing throughout the appointment and sharing useful tips to help keep my teeth and gums healthy. Nurse Emily was attentive, reassuring, and made the whole visit feel effortless. The standard of care was excellent, and I left with my teeth feeling amazingly clean. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Lucy, Nurse Emily, and the practice to anyone looking for exceptional dental care.Couldn’t recommended Billericay’s dental care enough!

I was on the look out for my very nervous 7 year old girlie who has ADHD. She’s not had much experience with the dentist but has an unusual fear of drills. Mrs Patel was so good, as was her assistant. They made her feel at ease, take her time and asked each time she was happy to proceed. She left feeling so confident and said wow that didn’t hurt at all as she was expecting the worst, now I’ve just got to convince her she can definitely have a filling there and it’s just the noise fear she needs to get over. I’ll be returning very soon and now I’ve signed up too!

This isn't my regular dental practice, but I couldn't get in with the hygienist at my dentist due to being booked up for the next few months. (Although was told my teeth wasnt desperate for a hygiene appointment as was only a mild build up.)I contacted Billericay Dental care and they offered me a hygienist appointment that same week.The practice is very clean and receptionist was really lovely as were they two ladies carrying out the hygiene service.I did however feel they were rushing the service.My appointment was for a half hour slot, I was out after 20 minutes, 10 minutes of that were talking. So 10 minutes total of my teeth. (Large clock on wall directly in front of dental chair).After the service I ran my tongue along my gum lines and noticed I could still feel a hard build up line. So I looked in the mirror when I got home. The front was all cleaned but the wisdom teeth wasnt even touched and the sides wasnt done properly. I immediately took pictures and sent them to the practise. I was given an appointment for the 17th July. I expressed it was a long time away and hoped the hygienist wouldn't use that as an excuse to why the build up was there. But I had pictures anyway with time/date.At first the hygienist was polite but she was short with me and clearly unhappy I had complained. She then said it had nearly been a month since I did them and I said thats why I took the pictures as I knew you would go along this route. She then used her tools to remove what she didnt in the original appointment. Which took a good 20 minutes. You could hear it being scrapped off and she would wipe it on a cloth.I was grateful for them to complete the job they should of done originally.However, the hygienist then started to become confrontational and said I would like you to speak to our manager Megan as I am aware you said this is what you would do in your phone call. I said yes but you have kindly rectified the problem. She went on to say that they dont always remove everything and that it was staining. I agree there is some level of staining but all the hard dental calculus you just removed was not staining. She rudely told me to take a seat in reception as she wanted me to see the manager.I was spoken to like I was a child which was very patronising given she was probably 20 years younger than myself. She said I have had to do this out of my own time for you, free of charge. I couldnt believe what she was saying. I said absolutely it should be free of charge as the job had not been done properly in the first place, why would I be back if it was?!I said dont speak to me like that and that I will not be using this practice again. She then weirdly told me to take a seat in reception again. At this point I said no thank you and walked out.I believe I was very polite and friendly despite the circumstances and this was unwarranted behaviour from what is meant to be a professional.I would never have left a bad review but due to her attitude and reluctancy to correct HER poor level of service, I only felt it was right to leave this review so other people are aware.This all could have been avoided, even professionals dont always get it right, we are only human. But being able to accept and then rectify with a pleasant, positive attitude is what really makes a professional.

Dentist was perfect …. The administration was not so great. I had to ask for a new and correct invoice a couple of times in order to share with my insurance company and I am still waiting 4 days later. The team in reception felt slightly like a girl group rather than a professional outfit….. I wasn’t overly impressed on first visit, I am hoping this improves.

Excellent dentists and hygienist and reception too. Everyone is very helpful and professional and everyone looks after me and is extra caring with my disabilities

I’ve always had a great experience. Staff are fabulous and the work I’ve had carried out on my teeth I couldn’t be happier with just superb!!
