Billericay Dentist at Crown Yard. I wanted to thank Sheena for her kindness, patient and care for my teeth appointments. Thanks to her peaceful, clean treatment room and the fact that she always takes the time to discuss treatment methods asking if I am comfortable with any treatment that she recommends. I feel that she really does care about her clients and gives the best advice. So much so that I have recommended my family members to go to see her. That is the highest complement that I can pay her. My visits to Sheena have been made to be more pleasant, and instead of avoiding/cancelling any visits I actually attend. Anyone reading this and has the same experience of avoidance, please ask if Sheena is available. She will put you at ease.Sheena referred me to the hygienist, Rina Gurung, who was friendly, professional and welcoming. ( 23/03/2026) What I really liked was that Sheena had placed notes on the dentist system and Rina had actually read them and discussed with me the care that I was to receive at the hygienist. I do have a phobia regarding dentist and Rina discussed how her treatment can work around these issues.Just to say, Thank you Sheena and Rina, your professional care has started my journey in looking after my teeth, and keeping my appointments.

I've had a couple of visits to Billericay Dental Care over the past month as I'm a new patient, and every visit has exceeded my expectations!The staff are very welcoming, friendly and professional. As soon as you walk in you are greeted by smiling faces. The environment is very clean and tastefully decorated, and you certainly do not feel like you are in a dentist waiting room!The treatment and advice I have received has been excellent. Everything has been thoroughly explained to me and I've been given options and the freedom to make the choices that are right for me. I actually look forward to visiting the dentist.
