I originally went in to get help for my burning mid back pain that I’ve had since I was a young teenager, (that no physio or massage could help relieve) and also to help with my posture, after having my first baby. I was hunched over, my pelvis rotated forward and over worked traps. My lower back was overcompensating and the curves in my spine were over exaggerated. I was a mess.After just 3 months of consistent work with Dr Brandon, I no longer have burning back pain, my posture has improved immensely. I am more agile and my overall range of motion has increased. I’m a stronger and more energetic mum for my family.
