Very solid experience working with their team going tankless.

Havent seen bills this low since I bought my house 20 years ago until after getting USHS to change out my hvac and insulate my attic.

Finally decided to go tankless after all the ads. No more cold showers half way through after all the kids bath before bed. Cant believe i didnt do this years ago.

I upgraded my ac last year and feel like the unit didnt change the house much, but after USHS insulated my attic it was like I was living in a completely different house. My sons bedroom could never get below 78, but now its 73 just like the rest of my house.

Techs were super professional. They let me keep my old units to scrap for a few hundred bucks too.

(4 STAR) Chris went above and beyond for my house. NPR is very lucky to have an employee like him

I finally got a tankless water heater after years of wanting one but not wanting to put the money up for it. NPR helped me find a plan for no money down and $1500 in rebates, finally no cold showers in the morning lol.

Last time i upgraded my air conditioner i got nothing back, but thanks to national power rebates this time i got $2200
