Best experience EVER! Morgyn is AMAZING. Not only was this a "Belly Dancing" class, this was a learning about yourself and what your body needs. I learned to "breathe" in this class and it has help me find a part of me that I did not know was truly missing.I went with my friend Tammy, who signed up for an Abdonminal Massage session that same day. It was PHENOMENAL. It was grounding and euphoric for her. Definitely will come back monthly for a wellness session!

Morgyn leads a wonderful moving meditation that helps the muscles release stored stress in a joyful, musical and personal way. There is no right way to do this dance. Everyone dances in their own body to the unique way they hear the music.
