Their experience and knowledge was evident in the final report, pointing out things many would overlook as acceptable but not necessarily the best option and why it could be a potential hazard in the future.We received the final report well before the time frame given; it was very detailed, well organized, and easy to understand. From start to finish - a great experience. They were flexible with scheduling, and kindly advised on getting our house ready for a pre-listing inspection.
