Was advised I needed top wisdom teeth removed as they were decayed and there was no other remedy. Once they found out I was pregnant it was no longer seen as urgent and was cancelled. No mention of a cavity on my next check up which I thought was weird. Have since gone to another dentist as lost trust with this one, X rays showed no signs of decay and wisdom teeth are well positioned. Beware them advising you to have unnecessary procedures. Used to be a better clinic when they were in Glenroy near the Anytime Fitness but here the rooms are also too small and the dentists often late.

I had my appointment rescheduled twice out of the blue. When I came in the receptionist had no clue that I even had an appointment. How do you tell me to come in and confirm my appointment over the phone but have no idea about it when I come in. Then they proceeded to tell me they moved my appointment to a day where I can see Dr Manu Kaur. Dr Kaur wasn’t even in and the receptionist then asked if I can come in tomorrow after moving my appointment twice already. As Dr Kaur wasn’t in they had 2 nurses consult me and give me information which they Weren’t even sure about. How do you give me a quote and say “I think” when I came in to see Dr Kaur. When I first walked in the receptionist told me that she had changed the date for me to see Dr Kaur but then she told me that Dr Kaur wasn’t even in. Not to mention the cleaning guy vacuuming at our feet and making so much excessive noise. This is unbelievable. 20 years experience but you don’t even have a receptionist who knows what they’re doing. You’ve nurses giving me assumptions on pricing and are no help at all. They then proceeded to charge me for consultation by nurses who have no idea about anything. This is unacceptable and unbelievable. I’ve never experienced anything like this in my life. I won’t be back.0 professionalism
