⭐️ 1 starUnfortunately, I cannot recommend Glenroy Dental Group based on my experience.I received different information about the consultation fee depending on where I asked. I was told over the phone that the consultation was free, while the information on the website showed $185. When I arrived, I was then told the consultation would cost $199. Having three different prices for the same service was very disappointing and made me question the transparency of the practice.There was also an additional issue with the X-ray. Because I had not yet received my new Medicare card, I was told the X-ray would cost $110 instead of the $50 I had initially been informed about.Unfortunately, my experience with the dentist I spoke with was also disappointing. I found her manner quite rude and felt that the communication was not professional or welcoming.Parking is another issue, as the available spaces are extremely limited and appear to be full most of the time.Overall, I left feeling that the focus was more on charging as much as possible than on providing a clear, professional and patient-focused service.I would personally not recommend this practice and would encourage people to clarify all costs in writing before attending, as the information provided to me was inconsistent.
