My wife and I worked with Andy to update our Wills. He also gave us advice on doing our Lasting Powers of Attorney, which we ended up doing ourselves, and put us in touch with a solicitor who changed the ownership of our home to Tenants in Common. Overall, we found working with Andy easy and straightforward and that has to be quite a feat in this area. Before making contact with him we'd had two false starts - one with another Will writer, the other with a solicitor - both of whom made the task seem complex, expensive and time-consuming and it doesn't take much to put you off sorting out your affairs.
