Shady business practices!So we sent in our canvas couch covers to Magic Tailor & Cleaner, which informed me that they would be sending this out, as they do not service this product in house, I understood and was fine with that. Was quoted $150 and I put down 50%. Here is where things went down hill. First, I was told that it would be a week. I knew that the covers had a couple of stains and one that was bad. It ended up taking 2 1/2 weeks, which I was willing to accept, because sometimes things take longer. I was notified that they were done, so I went in to pickup and pay the other half.. Got to Magic Tailor and found out that they sent it over to All Seasons. If honest, I could have just been told to go there, since they are local as well. I then was informed that it would cost a little more.. Bull!!, All Seasons, up-charged(I have receipt from All Seasons to Magic Tailor) and I never received a courtesy call about any issues with cleaning and additional costs. Was then informed that the total was $290... Almost double the price!! and Magic Tailor admitted they did not check the quality of work. I got home and there were still stains on the covers and covers were shrunk a little. We were told when purchasing the couch that all cleanings needed to be done by a dry cleaner, as at home cleaning would result in fabric shrinkage. Doubling someones cost with no warning or transparency and then not delivering a perfect product is unacceptable..

Terrible experience. Would not recommend. There's a better dry cleaner in Eden Prairie i woukd recommend.
