We had all our old 80s mouldy, leaky, draughty windows replaced with triple glazing. It's made such a big difference and looks so much better and cleaner - most importantly much more energy efficient. All the guys from start to finish were great and did exactly as we asked in each room in terms of leaving original features in tack etc. Jake O and Jon were brilliant and worked so quickly - very polite and informative. Earlier in 2025, we decided to replace our glass conservatory roof with a solid roof as our conservatory was too hot in the summer, too cold in the winter and certainly not eco friendly. Basically, we hardly used it. Having researched Brackenwood thoroughly, we didn't want anyone else to run the project and we weren't disappointed. As expected, everything ran like clockwork from start to completion. The team were fantastic and the project was delivered on time and without a hitch. The solid roof has made an incredible difference. It's now an additional room which we use regularly; no fluctuating temperatures and no glaring south facing sun. An outstanding result.
