We can’t thank Lee and Alex enough for our conservatory transformation completed today. All through the high temperatures last week they worked continuously to get the job done on time. We were always consulted if a choice could be made, never taking the easy option. Attention to detail was fantastic. Lee and Alex are true craftsmen and work so well as a team. Today we had a new front door fitted, extremely pleased with it, it looks fabulous. Vasilis who fitted our door was polite, and courteous, and cleaned up when he finished. Very professional, explained how we lock the door from the inside and the outside. I would recommend Brack wood should anyone ask.

Absolutely delighted with Brackenwood.No hard sale by Andy the salesman, he was very knowledgeable, then we had Mark the surveyor who also was professional, & the two fitters, Martin & Chris, they were outstanding extremely hard working, & very tidy.Triple glazed windows all round, & a composite door which I am over the moon with.Highly recommended this company.Thanks to all who made this possible.The beginning of July Brackenwood will be back doing our soffits, gutters & Facias.

Having had our old wooden framed double glazing replaced by Brackenwood a few years ago we went back to them to get a quote to replace a conservatory with a lightweight solid roof and new triple glazing. Part of the pleasure of dealing with Brackenwood, apart from the quality of the end result, is the quality of their fitting teams. Darren, Neil and Ricky were no exception. From their obvious pride in what they do, to their attention and sensitivity to the fact that the process involves a fair amount of brick dust and disruption, they were diligent in attempting to minimise both but at the same time progress the job as quickly as possible, without once sacrificing the quality of their work. On top of their craftsmanship they were genuinely nice guys to have around, with good humour and pleasant banter. Thoroughly recommend the company, their product and especially their people. We love the end result which has changed a freezing kitchen with a glass cage tacked onto the back into what feels like a completely new extension. Should have done it years ago!

We had our windows replaced and Nick & Ross were so professional and friendly. Jim replaced our front door and Dan replaced our Facia, gutters and soffit. We would highly recommend Brackenwood
