Made picked me up from Denpasar airport. A minor hiccup as to where to meet but after that it was all good. Very pleasant, speaks English and offered to stop somewhere to find food as I arrived late at night. He speaks some Spanish as well. Thank you for driving safely and checking to see that everything’s ok. Very honest pricing.

I would not recommend this tour guide to anyone. because we booked this tour for 5 places: rice fields, tirtha temple, coffee plantation, tibumana and kanto lempo waterfall. he only told us he willet us cover these 5places. Driver was good friendly. This company gave us a slip of payment and start time was mentioned. he did not mention the end time for the daytour.we started at 9 am and we told driver as you know the places , you decide what to visit 1st. Driver also did not tell us that waterfall visit timing is till 5pm. we visited 1st 3 places and time was already 5 pm. he did not mention anywhere to us to cover the places fast so that we could cover all the 5 places. we had lunch as well in slow pace , there also driver did not mention that we are late. driver told us then at 5 pm that tomorrow he will let us cover remaining waterfalls and no money will get charged. we confirmed thrice from him.He dropped us to hotel and told us to pickup next day at 9 am to cover waterfalls. Later Mr Puja called us and said your time was up and it is just for 8 hours. he will not send driver for tomorrow. when we talked to him over call, he was not polite at all.As we are tourists in this place and day tour geneally guide too. but we were not guided well and he did not provide anywhere in writing in our payment slip about the timings and end time.Driver was very polite but company owner is rude and misscommunicates.
