I've been a regular at Brigade Kings Hill since September 2025. I've enjoyed every minute of it. The help and attention from the coaches is second to none and the membership is friendly and supportive. I'm feeling stronger and fitter and I look forward to my sessions. It's always a good workout and I feel energised for the day ahead.

Be warned of the cancellation period .. my circumstances changed due to looking after my sick parent - thus I couldn’t afford the monthly payments and were unable to attend the sessions due to my caring duties.I talked to my coach and completed the application to cancel my membership in February, it was acknowledged in March and I am still having £159 taken out of my account in May.Advice, think hard before joining.It is all in the terms and conditions, but it’s an expensive one to get out of if your circumstances suddenly change.I have emailed for a refund, but no response yet.

So far I’ve really enjoyed my experience at Brigade and I am very glad I signed up to the 21 day Kickstart in the New Year. I’ve made good progress towards my goals with the support and guidance of the friendly and encouraging coaches who are all fantastic and very knowledgable and approachable, along with the members too, creating an incredible community. I’m looking forward to getting more involved in their events in the future, I’m yet to do so but from what I’ve seen so far these all look great and truly enhances the overall Brigade experience for all of their members for sure!

Absolutely brilliant... great team... great place... hopefully great results but that is down to me... 🤣🤣 10/10... Update 6 months and almost 100 sessions later... OUTSTANDING... everything about Brigade is exceptional... from the team that deliver fantastic coaching and training sessions, to the team that keep it all going. I have found the experience transformational... consistency is the key without doubt and they and fellow members have created an environment where you look forward to your sessions and don't want to miss them... 100/100... totally recommended without hesitation

I love this place. They are so warm, friendly and professional. Everyone is welcome and looked after and the atmosphere is immediately fantastic for all ages, levels of fitness and confidence.

Brigade has been an incredible experience from day one. The coaches are not only knowledgeable but genuinely inspiring and motivating, and the sense of community is something really special. It’s more than just a gym—it’s been a real learning journey for me, and I’ve grown so much because of it.Even during times when I’ve been injured or not feeling my best, the support has been amazing. The coaches always adapt sessions, check in, and genuinely care about how you’re doing—you never feel overlooked. I feel so much stronger and more confident because of it.Within just a few weeks of joining, they somehow inspired (and gently persuaded!) me to sign up for the Marden 10k—despite never having run a race, or even a proper 10k before. With coach Henry running beside me the whole way, I managed to achieve a sub-hour finish, which honestly amazed me. It really showed me the power of mindset and what you can achieve with the right support around you.The facilities are fantastic, and the level of support from the coaching team is outstanding. What really makes Brigade stand out, though, is the people—you genuinely want to turn up, which says everything.I couldn’t recommend it more highly.

I am 54 years old and have been a member of many an expensive gym over the years. I swam, maybe did a few classes but would walk around the gym feeling awkward and inadequate, go on a treadmill and then leave. My daughter saw Brigade and said it might be good for me so I signed up (21 days at first to see what I thought). I found the coaches engaging and knowledgable. They are really personable and make you feel welcome. They are always on hand to mentor and make sure you are doing all the exercises in the right way. They genuinely listen and if you have any injuries will adjust the exercises. I never think I’m doing anything right but the team are there to let you know you’re doing ok. I am so pleased I joined. For the first time ever I am trying to push myself in the gym and it really doesn’t matter if others are doing more or less than you because you are encouraged just to do the best you can do. I really couldn’t recommend them highly enough (from a non gym loving, awkward person who didn’t used to feel good enough to go to a gym)
