On the face of it this world not be my thing. I was wrong. A Good Friend gifted me a 6 week trial and have now joined fully. I was apprehensive at the thought of group sessions and feeling like an idiot. However -The coaches are all kind and supportive with a good mix of humour. Everyone i have met has shown real supportI have found my fitness, strength and flexibilty improving. More importantly I have found my Mental health improving. I seem to be clearer thinking and happier.The Fact I arrive, session mapped out, shown what to do and then supported and encouraged works for me. I do not have to think, just turn up and do as told. Great stress realise.HIghly recommend. Less

I have just completed the six week challenge at Brigade and had no hesitation about becoming a full time member at the end of the first six weeks. I am so pleased with the results I have seen in this timeframe and really look forward to building on the progress I have made. Classes are well structured and allow members to tailor and adapt sessions to our personal needs and goals. Coaches are knowledgeable and supportive, and everyone is really friendly and non-judgmental - all of which make Brigade a great place to train and not your average gym. Brigade make health and fitness feel accessible. They place a lot of emphasis on educating members and helping us to make long term changes through consistency and sustainable habits that fit around real life. Would highly recommend! Less
