I love brigade Kings hill. Let’s start by saying exercise and me are in a new relationship, having never met before, and if it wasn’t for my wife convincing me to take the 21 day challenge it would be a relationship that never happened. So coming to the end of the first month after the 21 days and it’s now my addiction. I had some pretty big illusions about starting at the gym, I’ve always been slim so that must make me fit?? Yes I smoked for 35 years but last time I went for a cheat X-ray there wasn’t any dramas so again lungs must be good. How wrong was I, the gym classes may have all shapes sizes and abilities but my inability quickly became apparent to me, and any illusions of already being fit have long gone. But that isn’t a negative at brigade, pretty sure it would be if I just joined a local gym but by joining brigade with its small classes and super helpful and knowledgeable trainers It simply means I have help and encouragement on my journey.I look back on my nearly two months absolutely knowing I wouldn’t have had a clue elsewhere, and I know I would have already have already given up. I genuinely can feel the results, and enjoy going. I do a mixture of times and classes, all equally valuable, I just do what works with my schedule of work but already building personal friendships when other members doing the same times. It really is more than just a gym. You would be assigned a coach who is available to help and guide, pretty sure I’ve driven mine nuts already with constant questions but I always get answers and guidance but all the coaches are great.
