I was very nervous from the start, but I didn’t need to be. I honestly can’t thank them enough for giving me back my confidence to smile again. I am so so happy with the results. Niamh is very welcoming and makes you feel comfortable throughout. I would give 5 stars, but unfortunately the receptionist who has dealt with me during my last few appointments has been consistently rude and difficult to deal with.Yesterday, when I was booking my next appointment, she told me it would be on the 25th. I asked which day of the week that was, and she looked at me and said, “Thursday. This doctor is only here on Thursdays.” I felt very uncomfortable because the way she looked at me made me feel as if I had asked a stupid question. I simply did not know that the doctor only works on Thursdays.At the end, she asked if I needed a receipt, and that was it. There was no “thank you” or “goodbye.” I had to ask twice whether everything was finished before she actually answered me.The doctor and the service itself deserve 5 stars, but the standard of customer service from this receptionist was very poor.
