Negative on my last review. Jeff was not professional with a client of his and I will not recommend this company. No stars.

Please do not use Jeff Hartman as your Loan officer! Beware! He is in training and the managers/mentors do not help him with the process properly! I have paid for my earnest money on my home, survey, Appraisal that I found out that has not been done. Jeff has locked one loan number through my mortgage company due to lack of training and now gone a cruise and left my 2nd loan file in a lock file ... More

Jeff has locked one loan number through my mortgage company due to lack of training and now gone a cruise and left my 2nd loan file in a lock file with lack of information, that Jeff has gone and created. It is also against the law to create a new loan file # and with creating a new file has lost all my money tied up in this, my home and grants! Now Jeff Hartman sent me a ugly message to say he is on a cruise! If this is the kind of loan officer in training you want handing your home dreams and money than he is the guy for you! Honestly he should not be in the customer service business at all! His temper is up and down and can be violent at times. All I want is my home or all my money back! Less

Jeff is an amazing mortgage broker he not only found me the best rate but keept me posed the whole time.
