I've been with Aisling going on six years now. I was at a different gym and had just started boxing classes but was enjoying it and looking for a more focused approach. Someone told me about her - both her fighting style and her teaching style. I was told which gym she went to and when I heard of another trainer going there as well, I made the jump and I'm so glad I did. I've had the pleasure of working with her from a class setting to one on ones, and eventually making the switch to training for actual fights. I can say with full confidence that she's one of the best and most well-rounded coaches. She doesn't preach or just pass out fad diet information. She is constantly learning, for the betterment of both her and her clients, and will give you the best answer for your situation.
I've seen her work with all sorts of clientele and the passion she has when speaking about, and to, them is one of the best things to witness from a coach.

I trained with Aisling for a Silver Boxing class. Aisling was really creative with her lessons, changing things around, keeping it fresh. She was really aware of the limitations of an older crew, but still kept us working. My background was martial arts and she really understood that world, with her Tai chi background. She made great recommendations for aelf-care. Thanks Aisling!

If you're looking for a fun way to exercise (both your body and mind) that doesn't "feel" like exercise, Aisling's boxing sessions are where it's at! I loved Aisling's coaching style - she was very dialed in, corrected my form when needed, was encouraging and explained the "why" behind all of the moves and sequences (which really helped it all click). My private training session was both a physical AND mental challenge that forced me to stay very present (not an easy feat in this day and age). I highly recommend booking a session with Aisling, you won't regret it!

I've been training with Aisling for 13 months now. She is amazing. If you are looking for a challenging new workout, do not hesitate to schedule a class or individual session with her. She puts time and effort into her training. She always has something new & fun planned. It is SUPER intense, and I like that. She is challenging but also respectful of all levels of fitness, age, ability, etc. She is very smart and fun to talk to, too. I am never bored. And I am somehow look forward to the beating she gives me every week (not literally).

Aisling is the best!
I started boxing for exercise a few years ago and decided I wanted to get in the ring. I am a 52 yr old woman and athletic but, frankly, I was scared. I started to work with Aisling a few times a week to learn the technique and skills to do it confidently and safely. I spar regularly now and am having a blast! She always makes sure we stay safe and don’t over do it in the ring. She is so knowledgeable and uses many different teaching techniques to land the learning. Before I knew it, I was connecting the dots and my fear subsided. No two workouts are the same which keeps it challenging and fun. She is also a really great person, reliable and kind with a little tough love thrown in when needed. I cannot recommend her enough. She is the best!
