I hired Titan because of their reviews and promotion. Ivan the owner was communicating with me directly which I liked, and he set me up for the first appointment. I stayed home from work because I really needed the house cleaned. A day before the appointment he contacted me to see if the cleaners could come an hour early. I couldn’t because I had a work call and he said ok, no worries. Morning of I receive a message saying the cleaner had a medical emergency. Given the request to reschedule the day before, the medical emergency sounded questionable. I imagine maybe booking conflict, but of course I can’t know for sure.I was told by Ivan they wanted to make it up to me and reschedule my appointment. For my first “deep cleaning” one woman came to clean our 1 bedroom apartment. She was very kind and responsive to feedback, but it took her 3.5 hours for what looked like a basic cleaning. I have had cleaners for many years and she was not seasoned. Also, the service has almost always with two been with two cleaners.This is not a critique of her, as much as it is of the company. I’m a first time customer and you made a same day cancellation for the first service and then sent someone who was new to the company to “make it up to me.” I imagine this is why they are able to offer such a cheap price for the first deep cleaning.For some reason I decided to see how the second regular cleaning would be, and this time it was great. It was a team of two and they were efficient and did an excellent job. They pretty much saved this review.
