We had the most incredible experience with Dave for our building and pest inspection.I was initially hesitant to get a B&P inspection done as I have always felt that a lot of the time the reports just point out the obvious and aren’t necessarily worth the money. I was recommended to reach out to Dave and after one phone call with him, I knew we had to get the inspection done with him.Dave has an incredible eye for detail and was so thorough. Even the selling agent commented that he was the most professional and thorough inspector he had ever come across. But what really stood out was the level of service. We called Dave on a Saturday, and he was texting and contacting us throughout the entire weekend, answering all of my questions (including the ones I sent at completely ridiculous hours!) and he managed to squeeze our inspection in on the Monday. We absolutely did not expect him to be responding to messages at 6pm on a Saturday or Sunday, but he went above and beyond. You can tell when someone genuinely cares about what they do and is passionate about their work, and Dave is the epitome of that.He was always available to answer our questions and took the time to talk us through every single component of the report without ever making us feel like we were asking too much.I genuinely can’t recommend Dave highly enough. If you’re considering a building and pest inspection, do yourself a favour and use Dave - you won’t regret it!

The time was difficult when my house was being built. I knew nothing, absolutely nothing, I didn’t trust the builder because I knew nothing. Luckily I found Dave, he answers all my questions patiently, including the dumb ones. when I raised concerns with the builder and site manager, they don’t want to listen. David helped me communicate the issues with the builder clearly, professionally, and get it solved, which made a huge difference. I cannot imagine what could happen without Dave.
