Our mortgage was coming up for renewal and we decided to shop around. A friend of the family recommended Alan.Alan was amazing. We contacted him and he immediately explained to us our options and the pro/con of each one. Once we decided on a course of action, he sent us all the necessary document lists. We had all our approvals within a couple of days after we sent the documents.He was always on top of things. Replying every message promptly and calling back as needed.
