Alan is an incredible mortgage broker and a pleasure to work with. I'm self-employed and my income on paper doesn't tell the whole story so I knew it wasn't going to be easy. He never made me feel like a problem file. He laid out my options and explained each one. There were times where I fully spiraled but he would calmly reassure that he'd take care of it, and he did. He was straight, honest and always put my best interest first. He sent video walkthroughs of the signing package so I actually understood what I was signing, dealt with my lawyer's office directly and checked in before closing just to make sure nothing was hanging😁 As promised, everything worked out and we closed on time.
