DB Orlando Collision Center was recommended by Mazda after my car was involved in a crash. From beginning to end they were amazing. Very transparent and professional and helped me navigate all the unknowns through insurance companies. I truly felt as though they had my best interest at heart and helped me make the best decisions for my situation. Their service center is very clean, organized and well maintained. And I received regular progress updates. I would highly recommend them.

No one ever wants to see themselves at a body shop, but when you need one it’s always a good feeling knowing you are at a place that truly cares about you as a customer.After unexpectedly hitting a bear in my SUV, I brought my vehicle to DB Collision based off reviews from others and it being a Mazda certified body shop.From day one, the process was explained thoroughly and in steps you as a consumer can understand. What I had originally thought was just minor damage turned out to be more than I could even imagine. DB went above and beyond handling my insurance company when they wanted to put after market and scrap parts on my 2024 car. They fought for me and did right by me by replacing all of the broken parts on my car with genuine OEM parts and handing my insurance company. All in all it took about 30 days from dropping my car off to getting it back, but that was no fault of DB. They truly care about the customer and I cannot recommend them enough. They always answered my phone calls with all of my silly questions and even if they didn’t answer someone was calling me back within the hour. Thank you DB for always doing the right thing for your customers!

db Orlando West went above and beyond and I would recommend them without hesitation! After I was rear-ended in a collision they took care of all the repairs. They communicated with me regularly and kept me up to date each step of the way. Everyone I dealt with was very professional and really, really nice. They will be my go-to from now on.
