We have multiple things break while cleaning 15 garages, and they have done a great job sending parts over night. They are also family owned, so they really care about my business as an owner. Our business bought a used floor scrubber from this family business and have been very pleased! We have now had the machine almost 6 months and our refurbished Nobles SS5 is a workhorse that leaves floors spick and span. Their communication skills are top notch; even after the purchase was finalized. Erica, has especially been very helpful in helping us get acquainted with this machine and its particular ins and outs. The transaction from start to finish was amazing. Located them on social media reached out to them. They responded and with within two days I received my new scrubber. Sit down T7 and start to finish. Everything was perfect to even three weeks later a follow up call to make sure everything was good appreciate a locally owned business with such corporate standards and running their business. Would’ve highly recommend.
