Irving from Solutions Heating and Cool came to our home on Wednesday to conduct a free energy assessment. Irving was a wealth of knowledge. He provided us with so much information. I can't believe we never heard of this stuff. Irving sealed all of our floor vents and conduct other energy saving work. We were so pleased and impressed with Irving. Thanks again for everything!

Kyle St. Clair came out to diagnose a backed up sewer line. My house has tricky plumbing and he had to get very creative to get the camera in, but he kept pushing to find a way that wasn’t destructive to my plumbing system or walls. Kyle was friendly, professional, and helpful.Ultimately, my issues were bigger than I’d hoped, but I’m putting my trust in Kyle and Southern Trust to come back for a bigger job to fix it!

I called after lunch on a Friday needing service on my HVAC unit that quit putting out heat. With the storm coming l expected to have to wait for a technician to come out but the amazing staff was able to get a technician to come between 3 and 5:00 and within a half hour Jake text that he was on the way. He was very thorough with the estimates he gave and answered many questions. We will definitely have Jake do the work. Very pleased with everything so far!

Armando came out to help trouble shoot our furnace. Unfortunately, the problem was we had run out of fuel. We are on auto-delivery, but due to a snafu the provider didn't realize they had a key to the basement door (where the tank is located). They were great and came out quickly, and Armando was able to come back once we had a full tank. He replaced the filter, and recommended replacing the flame tips, then restarted the furnace, and we are warm again. Thank you for being so responsive and doing a great job!
