Tech quickly found cause of leak from unit and gave me a price to repair the unit. Necessary parts were promptly ordered, and the tech returned two days later to make needed repair. I was charged the quoted price. The tech was well mannered and obviously well qualifed to provide the services I needed. The repairs were made quickly and all debris was removed from the area. I have occupied my home for 30 years and do not recall ever having received better a/c or electrical services.
