Some would call it coincidence, but just a few days before speaking with Kaitlin I noticed my HVAC system was making a noise that concerned me. I learned from Kaitlin that I could have one of their qualified HVAC technicians come out and perform a tune-up/inspection of my HVAC system for $99.Just a few days later one of their qualified technicians, named Shad, showed up to my door. Shad was extremely courteous, even offering to take shoes off without me asking him to do so.I knew before Shad got there that my HVAC unit was only 2 years old, so I was expecting either a minor repair, or for peace of mind.After an hour or so of leaving Shad to do his magic he reported to me that there is nothing wrong with the unit. He even told me about an Appalachian Power Company incentive program going on where I can have a certified contractor come out, for free, and perform basic home-efficiency repairs - like retaping duct work with gaps, among other things. That information alone was worth the $99 tune-up, let alone the peace of mind from finding no issues with my system.I ended up asking a ton of questions to Shad. The estimate by Shad was detailed and accurate, including the navigating of wires through ceilings, cables through walls and he offered three options for us to choose from. The installation by Lee and Chris was on time, professional, detailed and respectful as they communicated with us throughout the installation. They asked "How do you want this done and where would you like that placed" as to how & where we would like the location of the indoor units installed and how & where we would like the outdoor units placed. One outside unit needed landscaping first before it was set and they had the tools to do it. One inside wall had my Dad`s WWII medal case, his flag and the flag of my grandfather, who served in WWI. They managed to install that unit in a place where the medal case and the flags could go right back to where they were and we didn`t have to move them. The installation went as planned and we are grateful for the work that was completed. When they finished, everything was cleaned up, carpets vacuumed and there was nothing left to show any work had been done.Respectful, detailed, qualified and professional are just some descriptions of this company and their staff for the job they do. I have dealt with some other companies in the past and I rate this company as # 1 for any future HVAC needs, by far. The capacitor in my unit went out during a heatwave. A tech was here within ~6 hours of my call. Lee had it fixed and cooling again in no time!
