HVAC companies will come in and tell you the replacement price on the unit you have when you bought the house. But then you find out that most builders oversize the units. Alex and his team came in and did a complete airflow assessment of all the rooms and recommended slightly smaller units for my two unit system. This allowed us to get slightly more efficient units and still stay within our price range. It’s been a couple years now and there is a significant improvement in how comfortable the house is in terms of all the rooms being the same temperature and at the right humidity. With the more efficient units, our energy usage is less than half of what it was before. On top of all that the more efficient units are much more quiet.Luna also did our solar panels which has completely eliminated our electric bill. In fact, we have become energy producers, sending back the excess electricity to the grid and receiving a credit for it. The installation process was smooth and we’re very happy.Alex and his team are very responsive and the price was right. Luna has my highest possible recommendation. Less

Our AC was not cooling and we looked at our HVAC closet and notice it was frozen. I called and we had a technician same day. First, I loved that they were respectful of our home and wore shoe covers. The small things are important, I did not ask they just did it. They checked I think it was called the capacitor outside, and they said it’s working great. Then when we showed them the closet they noticed we had the wrong filter. They advised us the filter was too thick for the AC unit which it’s making it work harder. They told us based on the unit we needed a filter with lower merv like a 5. They added refrigerant because it had leaked a bit due to the extra force. I appreciated them taking that extra step to look and informing us what merv was and how it can effect the AC capabilities. We have not had the same issues. I’m so happy with the overall experience and will be a customer for life. Less
