Our AC unit had been out of services for two day. We called the Luna Company and got same day service. Mike show up early and we as a client greatly appreciated the fast service. While Mike worked on the AC unit he found a busy wasps nest and other things and removed them from the unit. We appreciate how professional he was and how he answer all our questions. Very good experience. Luna sent Alex out to do my initial survey and estimate and he took care of us the whole way. Mike and crew showed up right when they said they would (within a week) and did an excellent job on the install. Their attention to detail and ensuring the system was installed properly really impressed me. They performed all the post install tests and verified it was configure perfectly. I have no complaints and have already recommended them to family.

Very impressed with LUNA response. We had a no heat issue during the arctic blast, we were surviving on a wood stove and space heaters. Alex had a team member on the way shortly after my phone call. Mike showed up on time and diligently worked on my slightly complicated zoned system. Mike is extremely knowledgeable in his trade and I was very impressed with his work. I had small hick up later that evening, mostly my fault, nonetheless they were back first thing in the morning. Working flawless since. I will continue to use Alex and Mike at Luna
