Mike and Tommy came out to install a whole-house humidifier and perform the system performance inspection. They showed up on time and completed the work without any issue. They were both professional and polite, and explained everything about what they were working on. They went above and beyond to check other areas as well to make sure that my HVAC system was working correctly. Thank you!!

My experience was nothing but professionalism from start to finish! This company does outstanding work, and I truly appreciated that they didn’t mind me asking questions along the way. They took the time to explain the process and each step they were taking to ensure that not one detail was overlooked. These gentlemen worked incredibly hard at my home and even took pictures of the work they completed in the attic so I could see everything for myself. That level of communication, honesty, and attention to detail really stood out to me. I’m extremely pleased with the outcome and highly recommend this company to anyone looking for dependable, professional, and high-quality work. If you’re considering hiring them, I would not hesitate for a second. You can feel confident that they will treat your home with care, do the job right, and make sure you’re completely satisfied with the results. Five stars all the way! I would absolutely use this company again and will gladly recommend them to my family, friends, and anyone in the Virginia Beach area. Thank you, gentlemen, for a job well done! — MKemp Virginia Beach

Our technician, John, showed up perfectly on time (we were given a 9-11 time slot, he arrived at 9:02). He explained what he was doing (gas fireplace repair), installed the repair parts, and was completed in less than 15 minutes. This was the best "repairman" type of experience I've had. I highly recommend Luna.

We had a great experience with Luna Heating Air Solar from start to finish! They replaced our entire HVAC system and also installed an Aprilaire fresh-air ventilation system, and we couldn’t be happier. We worked with Kim in the office, Alex, the owner, and Mike in the field, and they were all fantastic. Everyone was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely great to work with. And we LOVE the new system! The outdoor unit is seriously quiet as a mouse—you can barely hear it running—and the efficiency has been incredibly impressive. We have a large home, so keeping everything comfortable and consistent without the system constantly struggling was important to us, and this thing has been a beast. The fresh-air ventilation system has been a great addition too.Overall, we are extremely happy with the equipment, installation, and service we received. It’s refreshing to have such a great experience with everyone involved, from the office to the owner to the crew doing the work in your home.We would absolutely use Luna Heating Air Solar again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC work. Great people, great service, and one seriously awesome system!

We used Luna for an emergency water heater replacement because they were able to do it faster and for less than our regular company, and were so impressed that we called them back when our HVAC died. Their prompt response, honesty, and professionalism won us over again and so we will go to them for all maintenance moving forward. It’s easy for a company to earn a good rating when all goes well, but we were most impressed with how they handled a problem with our install so quickly and seamlessly. Definitely recommend them!

Excellent no-fuss service as usual. John came out on short notice on a hot day, explained everything thoroughly, and fixed our issue in less than 30 minutes. It's hard to find trustworthy companies but this is a rare one.

John at Luna AC was awesome. He came right away and helped me. My AC issue was not my AC. He helped me figure out what the issue was, and who to contact to fix my issue. I would definitely recommend them. They really care about the customer.

I was not at the residence when the work was performed. My son was there and was very pleased with John Campbell. He double-checked the A/C unit and concluded it was the condensation pump that was causing the problem. Replaced it and was on his way quickly. Was professional and courteous. I called on Tuesday late afternoon and the service tech was at my house at 11am on Wednesday morning as scheduled. I had water in my basement so it was an urgent need.

The Luna technicians did an excellent job in installing two mini-split ductless units. They were extremely thorough, helpful, and professional. From start to finish, Luna kept us in the loop about the equipment purchase and arrival, and they remained responsive throughout the process, sending arrival times via text and any other updates, as needed. An excellent company that provides fair prices and doesn't upsell to take advantage of the customer.

Called Luna Sunday morning after my AC blower motor burned out Saturday night expecting to leave a recorded message. Surprisingly a human answered and I was able to schedule a Monday morning service call. John Campbell came out at 9am Monday did the diagnostic, prepared an appraisal, ordered my new motor, left and returned in about 90 minutes with the new motor. He installed it, tested, cleaned up, and all was done and system was cooling before 11:30am. Great service. Friendly people. Fair price. I recommend Luna.

Our AC unit had been out of services for two day. We called the Luna Company and got same day service. Mike show up early and we as a client greatly appreciated the fast service. While Mike worked on the AC unit he found a busy wasps nest and other things and removed them from the unit. We appreciate how professional he was and how he answer all our questions. He deserves a raise. Way to go Mike!

Outstanding service! Repaid response and fair/reasonable pricing. My AC went out two days ago, during this heat advisory week!Called them and they came out the very next day! *Found out the would have come that evening, but I neglected to ask!Diagnosis was quick and accurate! Which tells me they are truly experts! No price gouging! No fantastic stories about how I need to replace my entire HVac system!*Which I’ve experience before!Nothing like dealing with a business with integrity! A rare find these days!
