We used Luna for an emergency water heater replacement because they were able to do it faster and for less than our regular company, and were so impressed that we called them back when our HVAC died. Their prompt response, honesty, and professionalism won us over again and so we will go to them for all maintenance moving forward. It’s easy for a company to earn a good rating when all goes well, but we were most impressed with how they handled a problem with our install so quickly and seamlessly. Definitely recommend them!

I was not at the residence when the work was performed. My son was there and was very pleased with John Campbell. He double-checked the A/C unit and concluded it was the condensation pump that was causing the problem. Replaced it and was on his way quickly. Was professional and courteous. I called on Tuesday late afternoon and the service tech was at my house at 11am on Wednesday morning as scheduled. I had water in my basement so it was an urgent need.

The Luna technicians did an excellent job in installing two mini-split ductless units. They were extremely thorough, helpful, and professional. From start to finish, Luna kept us in the loop about the equipment purchase and arrival, and they remained responsive throughout the process, sending arrival times via text and any other updates, as needed. An excellent company that provides fair prices and doesn't upsell to take advantage of the customer.

Called Luna Sunday morning after my AC blower motor burned out Saturday night expecting to leave a recorded message. Surprisingly a human answered and I was able to schedule a Monday morning service call. John Campbell came out at 9am Monday did the diagnostic, prepared an appraisal, ordered my new motor, left and returned in about 90 minutes with the new motor. He installed it, tested, cleaned up, and all was done and system was cooling before 11:30am. Great service. Friendly people. Fair price. I recommend Luna.

Our AC unit had been out of services for two day. We called the Luna Company and got same day service. Mike show up early and we as a client greatly appreciated the fast service. While Mike worked on the AC unit he found a busy wasps nest and other things and removed them from the unit. We appreciate how professional he was and how he answer all our questions.
