Dr. Madison cares for our health. Palmer Chiropractic has encouraged me to eat and exercise. Which is a plus because, I need motivation from others. Which is sad. I care for myself when others care for me. Other than this I would lay in bed all day. As for the treatment I have been receiving is helping my neck obtain the curve it once had when I was young. I sought chiropractic care because my neck was stiff and the baby bump on my neck was very uncomfortable and painful. I can finally turn my neck all of a sudden now and it doesn’t get stuck. My gas has significantly reduced as a result of the treatment. My husband has noticed this too. I still have treatment though everyday becomes better. As long as I keep up with the exercises. The staff cares for my recovery, which I say they are a blessing. Also , I can finally lay on the floor and not struggle to get up. I agree with the comments somewhat. I came in for the promo evaluation. The reason I gave this 1 stars is because after the evaluation which was a positive experience the front desk person came in to sell me a $3000 plus treatment plan. I read it and I refused to sign. I felt sales pressure to sign up for a subscription which I did not want. Plus I just found out from a renown spinal specialist that my condition was “normal” and not “very bad” as was told to me in my spinal review. That ruined everything for me, so I won't go back. At age 67, I can suddenly get into my car seat without having to twist around the pain I’d had in the lower left portion of my back for many years… The pain is gone. I chose Palmer Care because of the name. I was told to only see a chiropractor with a degree from Palmer. And I am not disappointed. I like that they do not crack and pop and send you on your way. I cannot say enough good things about this place! They came to my job for free spinal screenings. I decided maybe it was time to see a chiropractor. I am truly glad I did! This isn’t a place where you come in, get an adjustment, pay them and leave. They give you a treatment plan which involves different types of physical therapy in addition to the adjustment. So you do some warm ups before being seen, get an adjustment, then do any additional therapy after. Dr Alex is the BEST! He is so knowledgeable about what he does and even explains to you as he works. Plus he is so friendly and personable. He and the staff somehow remember stuff I tell them, I don’t know how they do it! They ask me how something I had mentioned doing went. When my car broke down in front of the office it had to sit there for a day. They called and checked on me to make sure nothing was wrong. These awesome people really and truly care. I also have seen great results from getting treatment here. I feel better moving in general and chronic ailments have either drastically ceased or stopped altogether. Plus when something comes up, like when I strained a hip Dr Alex was able to help alleviate the pain.
