Really appreciate the honesty and great customer service! I texted a picture of the spot on my windshield, expecting that I might need a rock chip repair, and he took the time to look at it and let me know that it appeared to be more of a scratch/ding rather than an actual chip.What really stood out to me was that he didn’t try to sell me a repair I didn’t need. He could have easily had me make an appointment and charged me, but instead he was completely upfront and told me there was no reason to waste money on a repair unless it started to spread. He even let me know that if it does spread, I can reach back out and he’ll take care of it.That kind of honesty is hard to find these days. I really appreciate him taking the time to help me without trying to make a quick buck. I’ll definitely be coming back if I ever need a windshield repair in the future. Highly recommend!

The charge was a fair price that beat the big chains. The workmanship is excellent, the glass fits like it came from the factory, and he was professional, friendly, and super easy to deal with the whole time. Mobile service made everything so convenient! No need to sit at a shop and wait for a long time. If your windshield or window is cracked, chipped, or broken in the Portland area, call Chris first. Chris totally ROCKED IT (no pun intended, lol...). I had a small chip/crack in my windshield. He contacted me right away and came over in short order. While he was there, he found two more pits/cracks that needed to be addressed, and he took care of them as well. The price was absolutely acceptable... In fact, it was great! Having an auto window break I thought would be a totally bad experience, however, Chris at Deluxe made my experience way better than I could have imagined. Had the pleasure of giving them a call a couple weeks ago for a quote and Chris was on top of it and ready to service me within the hour. Super friendly and punctual. I didn't take into consideration it was one of the hotter days but Chris worked through it and did both my vehicles within a reasonable amount of time. Great work man, keep it up.
