Joanna was really helpful and engaging when I contacted her about the cleaning of a property before it goes on the market. We agreed a date and on the day I met with Laura to show her around and detail what needed to be done. Laura did a great job and we very pleased with the result and the service we received. The family have been very pleased with the regular cleaning service provided by Cruden cleaning to our elderly parents. A regular weekly slot with primarily the same staff member was critical in getting them to have support in their advancing years and build a relationship with that person. The company were extremely responsive to communication and were as flexible as possible given it was a regular weekly slot. All work was carried out to a high standard and I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone in a similar position. Thanks to all involved.
