This was my feedback from the last time they were here. Looks like I didn’t post it. Team 3 worked hard and did a great job, especially on the kitchen floor. A few things were left in the wrong spot (a couple of rugs and some Knick knacks) but overall I am very pleased with their work!Today, 1-24-25, I was not as satisfied. Things in the bathrooms and kitchen were not placed back in the same spots. The top shelf in the bathroom was not dusted and the top part of the mirror was not cleaned. The base of the fireplace in the family room was not cleaned. And they left before I had a chance to check. Today would have been a 3 star rating.Today, 2-21-25, was better. Most things were placed back correctly and the team checked in with me before they left. I was quite satisfied.3-21-25 Service today was really good! Everything looked shiny and clean and put back in it's proper spot. The carpeting looked extra good today. Thank you so much!5-16-25 The team did a great job today!6-3-25 The team did a good job today.9-5-25 Today wasn't quite as good as normal. The items in the master bath shower were not placed back in the correct spots and I asked a team member if the carpet under the love seat in the family room was vacuumed. When I double checked, it hadn't been done so I asked another member and she kindly did it. Everything else looked good.9-23-25 The team did a good job of cleaning, but I would really appreciate if they paid more attention to returning items to their original locations. Today I didn't even have many decorations to clean around, but the items in the kitchen behind the sink and the items in the master shower and the plunger and toilet scrubber in the main bath were not in the right spots.10-21-25 Team 1 did an awesome job today! I could tell they really made an effort to place everything back where it belonged and they succeeded! I really appreciate that. They coordinated with me several times throughout their cleaning; I felt like we made a good team together! And the vacuuming pattern on the carpeting in the family room looked great! :)12/19/25 - Today's team missed some things that i have commented on before. The fireplace was not wiped down in the family room, the shelves in the master bathroom were not dusted, and items in both bathrooms upstairs were not set back where they started. Also, the team left without saying good bye or checking in with me. This was disappointing.1/27/26 - Team 1 did very well today. Just a couple of items not placed back to where they belonged, but much better than last time.2/24/26 Today's cleaning was very good. Items were put back in the same spot and the team checked in with me before leaving. The main bathroom cold water faucet in the sink had some hard water still crusted on it. I was able to get it off by scrubbing with the Pink Stuff. Not sure if this is beyond routine cleaning or not.
