I got my parents a deep cleaning for Christmas in December, as well as one for myself, and I’ve been scheduling monthly cleanings ever since. My parents were thrilled with the gift, so I’ve decided it will be their Christmas present going forward as well!Overall, I’ve been very happy with the service. They send a reminder text 24 hours in advance that includes your scheduled arrival window, a notification when they’re on their way, and a confirmation once the cleaning is complete. I had to reschedule a cleaning and was able to do so easily through their online portal. The attention to detail has been excellent, and having regular cleanings helps me stay ahead in the never-ending battle against the hair from my two Golden Retrievers.

I was in a major time crunch and bleu sky went out of their way to help me! I needed someone to clean my home ASAP because the cleaners I booked ghosted me and it’s Memorial Day weekend. Bleu Sky texted me immediately after I filled out the online form and reached out to their cleaners to ask if they’d be available on Memorial Day. Such a lifesaver. If you’re on the fence about cleaners, definitely give them a call! Really affordable prices too!

This was my feedback from the last time they were here. Looks like I didn’t post it. Team 3 worked hard and did a great job, especially on the kitchen floor. A few things were left in the wrong spot (a couple of rugs and some Knick knacks) but overall I am very pleased with their work!Today, 1-24-25, I was not as satisfied. Things in the bathrooms and kitchen were not placed back in the same spots. The top shelf in the bathroom was not dusted and the top part of the mirror was not cleaned. The base of the fireplace in the family room was not cleaned. And they left before I had a chance to check. Today would have been a 3 star rating.Today, 2-21-25, was better. Most things were placed back correctly and the team checked in with me before they left. I was quite satisfied.3-21-25 Service today was really good! Everything looked shiny and clean and put back in it's proper spot. The carpeting looked extra good today. Thank you so much!5-16-25 The team did a great job today!6-3-25 The team did a good job today.9-5-25 Today wasn't quite as good as normal. The items in the master bath shower were not placed back in the correct spots and I asked a team member if the carpet under the love seat in the family room was vacuumed. When I double checked, it hadn't been done so I asked another member and she kindly did it. Everything else looked good.9-23-25 The team did a good job of cleaning, but I would really appreciate if they paid more attention to returning items to their original locations. Today I didn't even have many decorations to clean around, but the items in the kitchen behind the sink and the items in the master shower and the plunger and toilet scrubber in the main bath were not in the right spots.10-21-25 Team 1 did an awesome job today! I could tell they really made an effort to place everything back where it belonged and they succeeded! I really appreciate that. They coordinated with me several times throughout their cleaning; I felt like we made a good team together! And the vacuuming pattern on the carpeting in the family room looked great! :)12/19/25 - Today's team missed some things that i have commented on before. The fireplace was not wiped down in the family room, the shelves in the master bathroom were not dusted, and items in both bathrooms upstairs were not set back where they started. Also, the team left without saying good bye or checking in with me. This was disappointing.1/27/26 - Team 1 did very well today. Just a couple of items not placed back to where they belonged, but much better than last time.2/24/26 Today's cleaning was very good. Items were put back in the same spot and the team checked in with me before leaving. The main bathroom cold water faucet in the sink had some hard water still crusted on it. I was able to get it off by scrubbing with the Pink Stuff. Not sure if this is beyond routine cleaning or not.3/24/26 - The vacuuming today was not as good as normal. I specifically pulled out a chair in my main bedroom and asked them to vacuum under it. They did not until I noticed it during my walk through and then they did. Also, I could see debris missed on the family room carpeting and pointed that out and the lead ran the vacuum over it again. It still didn't get the edge great and I could still see dog fur. She thought maybe the bag was full.I noticed in the kitchen that the rugs around the garbage and dog bowls looked like they were possibly shook out or picked up carelessly because the dog bowls and matt had a lot of debris in them and I had just cleaned them yesterday. I cleaned these out but talked to the lead and asked her to be mindful of this in the future.In general, I'd like to see greater attention to detail on my floors.5/19/26 - Today's team worked very well around all the commotion going on at my house. I appreciate their flexibility. And the vacuuming looked great (love those lines!!) and the detail to putting things back in their spots. Well done!
