Five stars isn't enough for Brisbane Tradies. I hired them for my aircon install and had an absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish. Not only did they supply the air conditioning system at an unbeatable price, but the installation itself was top-tier.They truly went above and beyond to get my system connected and ensured everything was positioned perfectly, looking neat, and functioning flawlessly. They were professional, efficient, tidy, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. I recently used Brisbane Tradies to assist an elderly neighbour who had lost several channels on her TV. As her aerial was quite new, we were unsure of the issue and needed professional help.Shiraz arrived at our arranged time and it was quickly evident he knew his stuff. He ran diagnostics on both the television and actual signal strength & quality, the latter of which was the apparent root cause. This was due to both our regional location and the many gum trees surrounding the home.Shiraz provided several options at varying price points and, after some discussion with my neighbour, we committed to the cheaper alternative, namely a booster unit that connects to aerial and television. Strength improved from 59% to almost 90%, and all channels returned. My neighbour was delighted and deemed it money well spent.I will add that without a callout fee (which is great), there is more pressure on Brisbane Tradies, and therefore the customer, to commit to a repair/sale. This will factor into your interaction and may be daunting for some.Overall, Brisbane Tradies and Shiraz did a great job, quickly and professionally, at a reasonable price. Much appreciated.
