Really nice new facility in cibyn that has all the equipment needed to safely push you to the max. Luke and Arron are really nice guys and make the workouts really challenging. 👍. Brilliant!! If you're thinking you want to try something new but are not sure, go for it! If you're thinking about training with a professional I highly recommend L&A The Fitness people. Luke/Aron has been helping me get into shape and I couldn't be happier with the results so far. I was hesitant at first, however after booking the first session last year Luke made me feel very comfortable and helped me understand what I could achieve. I now do everything I can to protect the 3 evening a week that I train. I signed up to improve overall fitness and to date I am happy and keeping a positive attitude and not giving up.
