Pappas was quick to respond to my call. Did an exceptionally good job on the handler. I highly recommend the business.

I called Pappas because I needed a second opinion about my AC unit. He came out that night and took his time to not only diagnose the issue but walked me through the steps of how he found the issue. He gave me options and I didn’t feel pressured to make a huge financial decision. As a single mom, it’s comforting to have a trustworthy company to call when in need.

Jason and his assistant were great. They arrived on time and worked until the job was completed - even amidst the development of several issues along the way. I appreciate the service they offered and their thorough approach to their work.

I was quoted 14-20k from a different company being informed my system needed to be replaced. I then called Pappas to get a second opinion. Pappas had the system up and running quick. I then informed him that I had a prior technician tell me the system needed replacing. Pappas then for my peace of mind ran multiple tests proving there was zero leak in the system. (Unlike the other company who showed me nothing)

Jason Pappas is a great neighbor and HVAC technician. Our air handler gets its drain pipe plugged up sometimes and Jason was there within 2 hours, came from Brunswick, and successfully blew out my pipes. Great Guy.

My Beverage cooler went down. Luckily its under warranty. Called the warranty company and after a week no help. Frustrated, I called them again. Was informed that my claim was sent to a different company but they passed on my job. So they reissued it to Jason, owner at Pappas. Jason and I were on the phone in minutes. He understood my frustration and made it a point to be here bright and early the next day. He came in assessed the problem and is having the part shipped overnight. Quick response, professional, and understanding. Thanks Jason!

I had a great first experience with PAPPAS Parts and Service! Discovering our AC unit wasn’t working properly on a Friday evening was not ideal timing ( not that it ever is). I live in Hilliard (near FL/GA line) and was skeptical about finding someone to come out on a Saturday. I called PAPPAS on Saturday morning and was pleasantly surprised that they could come out within a few hours. Jason was a pleasure to deal with and very knowledgeable. He discovered we needed a blower motor replacement and also gave the coils a light cleaning. He showed us pictures and educated us on everything regarding our AC unit. His pricing was reasonable and I think we have found our new AC guy for all future needs . He’s a down to earth, friendly and caring kind of man who even put a picture of his dog on his van wrap. If you like dogs that much, you’re my kind of people! Thank you Jason for providing top notch service!

Pappas AC is by far the best company I’ve ever had out to my home! They answered my call right away when I called the first time! Put me on the schedule immediately and came out extremely fast. Very affordable, friendly and knowledgeable. Makes sure you are aware of everything they find wrong and shows you step by step everything. They go over the solution to correct the issue and go over pricing with you. They are a local owned business in our area of Yulee but he would go anywhere that calls! Would recommend to anyone I know. You won’t regret using them!

A/C stopped blowing that refreshing cool air and gave Pappas a call. Had the house back to comfortable temperature 2 hours later. In the rain on a hot Saturday and for a reasonable price, too! Yulee is fortunate to have their service available.

I’m in Yulee. Called on a Saturday morning due to my A/C not working properly. Received a return call and appointment within the hour! Michael came by that same morning and promptly ran diagnostics on the machine to figure out what was wrong. He knew what to do and how to do it and did a great job! A/C works great now and he explained a lot of what he was doing, which was helpful for a new home owner like me. Great service!

Last week was rough to say the least- until this guy rolled in! Huge shout out to @pappas parts and service for going super above and beyond what I could ever have expected! Mr Pappas had serviced the prep table the day before due to a Freon leak and recharged it and got it back in working condition. We think there was a surge in power because upon returning the next day, we lost our other fridge and prep table in 1 day. I immediately called him to see how soon he could fit me in for a new prep table install, and he was going on vacation that night. This hero drove to Jax, secured a new table for me, picked it up, and delivered and installed it in a record amount of time! This man is such a great human, and now we consider him a friend! I highly recommend him for any of your equipment repairs, or HVAC needs!
