Great company to work with! Woman-owned and bilingual.While searching for our first home, we really liked the look of one house, and were ready to put down an offer. After Mayola (the owner of the company) inspected the home, she revealed the home wasn't all it was dressed up to be. Turned out the home was a cheap flip, hastily done, with more "bandaid" fixes than genuine ones. This led us to ask the sellers to either fix the issues, or go down in price. They refused to do either.Mayola saved us a lot of money and saved us from an unfortunate investment in a home that was worth less than we would have paid.Honest work, no sugarcoating, straight to the point, and everything was explained in an easily understandable way.Would definitely recommend this company, and if I ever became fortunate enough to buy another home, I will call Mayola.

Had our home inspection today with Ace, it was for a lack of a better word perfect, I've never met an inspector that takes the time to go about the property to answer your questions not to mention they're bilingual and made our home buying experience seemless. Prices are extremely reasonable, especially with this economy. Things you'd normally would add on with other companies already come with your full house inspection! The only thing i added was our pool and sewer, which both were very reasonably priced. Our report was emailed to us by the end of the day they're truly efficient. 10/10 highly recommend!Tuvimos nuestra inspección de la casa hoy con Ace, fue por falta de una palabra mejor perfecta, nunca he conocido a un inspector que se tome el tiempo de revisar la propiedad para responder nuestras preguntas, sin mencionar que es bilingüe y hizo que la compra de nuestra casa fuera más fácil, precios son extremadamente razonable, especialmente con esta economía. ¡Las cosas que normalmente agregaría con otras compañías ya vienen con la inspección completa de la casa! Lo único que agregué fue nuestra piscina y el sistemade drenaje, ambos a un precio muy razonable. Nuestro reporte nos fue enviado por correo electrónico al final del día, son realmente eficientes. 10/10 muy recomendable!
