We had Built -in cabinets and a desk made as well as having our kitchen island redone. Jeremy understood exactly what we wanted, drew up the plans for us and completed the job quickly. The quality was excellent. We would definitely use them again and have already recommended them to a few friends.

Oliver came out and took pictures of our bathroom almost immediately after we asked. We went to their studio and created the bathroom of our dreams. They were open and honest with pricing so we knew what to expect. Jeremy then executed everything we wanted and took care of any minor issues that came up immediately. The crew was clean, efficient, and did an amazing job. Cannot recommend Twelve12 enough.

I'd like to thank Daniel and Oliver for remodeling our master bathroom. My wife and I have been wanting to remodel our master bathroom for a long time and it was stressful as we've never done remodeling before. But I'm glad I chose twelve12. Oliver made the design experience very pleasant for us, showing us different materials and colors at the warehouse. The project did take a little longer than expected as we found few issues and few details missing in early discussion. However, Daniel (our project manager) made sure that at the end of the day the remodeling will be completed to our full satisfaction and to their high standard. Our new countertop and backsplash are gorgeous! The Twelve12 team provided expertise in design and installation throughout the project. They also regrouted the tile in our master bath and attended to detail even in the small things. I'll certainly call on them again for our next project.

I’ve used Twelve12 on two separate bathroom remodels, the first being in 2018. They are a small, up-and-coming company that are taking their business to the next level. Every member of the Twelve12 team is extremely personable and sincerely want your business and truly make your remodel dreams come true. They have exceeded my expectations in each of my projects and have definitely gained a customer for life, especially after my last remodel in September/October 2019. Unfortunately me and my family were flooding victims of Tropical Storm Imelda. Cabinets for my project had arrived just days prior and hadn’t been installed yet. We were able to save the cabinet bodies in time, but the faces on many needed to be replaced. I knew for sure that I was going to have to come out of pocket to get replacements. However; that wasn’t the case. The guys at Twelve12 we’re kind enough to cover the cost of the replacement faces and shed some light on a bad situation. I couldn’t be more appreciative to the gesture, as most other companies would not have done the same. In addition, they beautifully updated two more bathrooms.Oliver & Brielle worked with me to integrate my ideas and tastes into a design that is stunning. They were available when I had design questions and helped me greatly by narrowing down options (tile, paint, fixtures, etc.) thus reducing my legwork and providing choices that integrated beautifully with my color scheme and tastes. Jeremy handled the construction side of things and worked tirelessly to attend to every detail, insisting that each aspect of the job was done exactly as specified. He was great to work with, and was happy to accommodate when I expanded the job to include some work in our master bedroom. We hired Twelve/12 to remodel our small home office and to create for us a handmade wooden mantel for our fireplace. Jeremy and Oliver were very easy to work with. We gave them our ideas and they provided their expert advice to make our project come to life. Communication was prompt and professional. Our project was completed within the time frame provided with any changes properly communicated.We primarily worked with Jeremy, whose woodworking on our mantel was absolutely fantastic. Working with Oliver and Jeremy on a kitchen remodel was terrific. They are two genuinely nice guys who care about the end result and getting the job done right. Invite a few contractors to bid your project and you will be able to tell the difference. Oliver provided 3 sketches of our project with different options in our price point. Other contractors who bid the project provided little effort in the quotation stage, providing verbal or vaguely written quotes.When it came to getting the work done, Jeremy managed his crews and clean up very well and made sure that all of the work was done to my satisfaction level. If something needed to be fixed, he made it happen. His subcontractors were all respectful and Jeremy holds them to a high standard for cleanliness. Remodeling jobs get dirty, but the effort they put in to minimize the impact on your daily life during the project makes a difference.When selecting materials, Jeremy was willing to double check the specs and provide recommendations where I needed help before I made my purchases. That's helpful if you don't have much experience in construction.At the end of the day we love the results and really enjoyed working with Twelve12.

Twelve12 did an absolutely wonderful job on my kitchen remodel! They removed tile backsplash and replaced it with brick. The project was completed in a timely manner, all employees were very professional, and the outcome of the project has exceeded my expectations!

Twelve 12 replaced a bathroom door in our newly built home to widen the doorway 4 inches to accommodate a family member in a wheelchair. Twelve 12 completed all work quickly and efficiently as promised. The door, trim, drywall, texture and tile work were all replaced to exactly match the original home so that no one can tell the door was replaced. It was a pleasure working with Jeremy. He called regularly to update us on the status and schedule of the work. The tradesmen that came to the house were all courteous and professional. FANTASTIC BATHROOM RENOVATION- Jeremy and Oliver did an amazing job from start to finish for our master bathroom remodel. He was also mindful of our budget and provided multiple price options for consideration.As the building materials and fixtures were selected, Jeremy and Oliver reviewed all specifications to ensure compatibility and completeness so once the project started, there would be not delays due to materials. The also used high quality materials, especially the cabinets which were constructed from solid wood, elegantly painted and included soft-close drawers.Once the project got started, Jeremy and the various sub-contractors will all very respectful, arrived on time and cleaned up at the end of each day. All the work was done with excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail. There were a couple of times minor issue were identified and they were quickly fixed the following day.Throughout the process, both Jeremy and Oliver were responsive via e-mail and text letting us know what was happening each day and answering any questions we had. As we got to know them over the number of weeks, it was clear they loved what they did and took pride in the quality of the work. We are extremely happy with working with Twelve 12, not just for how beautiful our renovation turned out but the peace of mind that the Oliver and Jeremy would do everything to make sure we were 100% satisfied.

After combing through numerous reviews for countless bathroom remodelers, we decided to go with Twelve12 and we’re glad we did. Oliver and Jeremy make a great team. Oliver is the mastermind behind the designs and Jeremy brings it all to life. We had just bought a home and had a move in date that was a month out. I spent time with Oliver explaining to him what I was hoping to achieve for our shower remodel and our daughter’s vanity update and he took my thoughts and brought them to fruition with the tiles and accessories. Initially, we were told that our project would be completed before our move in date. However, as time progressed, it became obvious that wasn’t going to happen. The tiling of our shower took a lot longer than expected due to a contractor being spread too thin. What should have taken 4 days ended up taking 11 days. Despite the time delay, I was very pleased with the way Jeremy handled the situation. He could tell that I was upset and he empathized and both he and Oliver gave us $150 gift card for our inconvenience. There will always be mishaps along the road, but the true tale is the way they’re handled. All said, the end result was beautiful and we are all very happy. You can definitely tell that these guys really love what they do and they take great pride in seeing happy and satisfied customers. They can add us to that list! I would definitely recommend Twelve12!
