I have never seen such expertise. My roof is perfect. Mr. Nixon took video's of every detail while his men were on the roof. They were moving around as if they were walking on air. It was fascinating.The roof was done in layers and some plywood was replaced which he informed me after examining the roof. I was so pleased with his work.
