10/10 they hit all the marks!!! Absolutely delicious and nutritious. Extremely satiating as well. I got the lemonade/cucumber tea, and the berry protein bowl… Couldn’t even finish the bowl, it was so good and so filling with great portions. I love knowing I’m fueling my body while supporting a small business. The service was also exceptional, everyone there was super sweet, allowed me to try the bowl bases, and care about what they’re making!

This place is a place of many delicious options. Healthy teas, shakes and snacks. I got the dragon fruit drink wow soo good. My husband got the coffee protein shake delicious. We shared the protein waffle with banana almond and pecan another delicious treat. And then the Proteindonuts look so good. We decided to take two home for later.
