Had a very disappointing experience with realtor Steven Robertson. This was regarding a property at 6113 Palomino Dr. I drove over 3 hours to check the house and tried calling him more than 15 times over the past two weeks. I left multiple messages and received no response. Today, after all that time and effort, I was told the property is now under contract. The lack of communication and responsiveness was extremely frustrating. Reliable communication is critical in real estate, and this experience felt very unprofessional.This agent needs better training because this kind of service reflects poorly on the company’s reputation. I would not recommend based on my experience.

Called this company to ask a simple question about a property they have listed and the guy I spoke to was not helpful at all. Doesn’t seem like this company wants to actually help people. They will tell you to go figure it out on your own. I would not recommend using or dealing with this company at all.

We tried to buy a house from this group, but the process was too slow. The kept asking for minor adjustments from our realtor, and not on price, each time saying they needed another three days to process the change.We closed on a different house and we are moving in, the house we were looking at is still for sale.
