I made reservations online weeks in advance of our trip to Hawaii to have a vehicle when we disembarked from the plane . After arriving and paying the $200 deductible on top of insurance and told to pick up our vehicle we were then informed at pickup that they did not have a car ready despite reservations, that it would be an hour or more wait, that we could not upgrade to another vehicle and when questioned as to why this happened, the gentleman said “call the higher ups.” I would never use or recommend this company again.

Price is right! We rented a Corolla, worked great , AC was excellent. We just had to work 20 minutes to pick and drop but in O’ahu it’s not a problem to walk anywhere. Needed little cleaning otherwise everything is good.Affordable car rental very prompt on replying to your text. I would highly recommend to rent from them.

This was a great find for a month rental of a car. Very helpful and personable on the phone and provided a good car at a great price for the month. They were always available on the phone and were flexible with all the requests I had. I would definitely use them again.

I had a good experience with this company. I was a bit hesitant at first because the whole process is done remotely and you pick up the car at a parking garage. It ended up being convenient and affordable in the end.

Jessica was very helpful & fast to respond. Arranged for pickup about a week before arriving. Instructions for pickup were clear and easy. Had a slight miscommunication on drop off time, but it was taken care of quickly (literally less than a 2 minute phone call). The biggest hassle was finding somewhere to vacuum and wash the car before returning it. Would use again!
