They did an excellent job in updating old fluorescent lighting in our bathrooms and kitchen to beautiful recessed lighting!They finished on schedule, kept a clean job site and were priced very reasonable.When we had any questions, they were easy to reach and responsive.The completed job looks terrific and based on our experience, we highly recommend them!

I wanted to put Crown Moulding up in my house so I called a couple of contractors and eventually settled on Schatz construction. Ryan quoted me a fair price and they did a great job. I am very satisfied with workmanship and I really appreciated the fact that they cleaned up after themselves every day and didn’t leave me with any kind of a mess to look at. I had considered doing the work myself, but after I saw these two craftsman work, I realized I couldn’t have done nearly as good a job, and it would’ve taken me a lot longer! I would definitely work with them again.

I hired Schatz Construction for my complete interior remodel. I obtained several estimates but choose Schatz because of their detailed estimate and schedule. They delivered on budget and on time. They provided consistent communication on progress and issues. Everyone from their company was respectful and always did the right thing. They gave me a calendar of when the work would be completed and who would be there and they stuck to the schedule, which helped take the stress away. Finished the Job faster then quoted and under the Budget. Could not ask for more. I had another person working on this project and they jerked me around wasting time and money. I got in contact with Ryan he told me 2 weeks to finish. It was done faster and cheaper then the estimate he gave me. I would highly recommend Schatz Construction.

Schatz tore out and replaced an an outdoor porch attached to our house. It was a somewhat complicated job since the porch had to tie into the roof and the porch roof sloped correctly. The price was very competitive and they did the job within the time frame stated. Ryan, Mike and the workers are very knowledgeable, professional and personable. Their work is excellent and I am very pleased with the new porch. They even followed up to make sure that the job was done correctly and that I was satisfied. I would highly recommend Schatz Construction and would definitely use them again.

Fantastic service, very good communication, and high-quality work. I have nothing but good things to say about my home that was repaired after a tree fell and crushed the third of it cost significant damage. I’m very pleased.

I have used Schatz Construction for several projects in my home. We had beautiful fireplace and cabinets installed in our family room. The subcontrator they used for the painting did a great job too, the painted finish had a strong smell so they taped off an area from floor to ceiling and ran huge fans out of the house, but the paint is hard as a rock and I wish all my cabinets had been done by them. We also had them install all our kitchen cabinet hardware which came out perfect with no scratches or mistakes. They have built and installed floating shelves for my water closets.

We had been trying to do crown molding after we installed ship-lap but after several wasted boards and wrong angles (not to mention major frustration), I gave up.I contacted Schatz Construction and Ryan came and did an absolutely beautiful job!!! Ryan's team came in a refaced the entire front of the house, installed a new garage door taking it from 2 singles to an oversized double and redid an entire room! They were amazing to work with and we can't wait to do more work with them in the future!

They responded when I first called for my kitchen remodel. I was impressed right off because they suggested that I get 2 other estimates. Which I did, and they were the best by far! I have gotten so many compliments on my kitchen remodel and have been so happy with the job they did. I had a problem with my garbage disposal at the very end of the job and Ryan came out to fix it and wouldn't leave until the small leak was fixed. (with my dogs in his lap as he worked). LOL I will be contacting them very soon for a bathroom remodel and I can hardly wait!!!

We used Schatz Construction for some remodeling work for our business. There were some issues but Ryan addressed everything during the construction. He has been professional and it has been almost 2 years and he always answers his phone and continues to provide good service even after the end of construction. Would recommend them for your remodeling needs.

This is the second time we used Ryan and his crew. They painted three rooms, installed, doors and install fans. They also installed are wood floor, and hang cabinet's. They can do it all and do a great job with everything. They were always on time, Ryan and his crew are very nice. Their price is very reasonable, I would use Ryan and his crew again if I had any work that needed to be done in and around my home.Pat
