Alex has been a really great help in coming over to look at our complicated central heating system. We've just moved into a house down here and the boiler needed a service as well as several other bits and pieces such as a faulty heating control unit. I bombarded Alex with lots of questions about these things and he showed himself to be very knowledgeable and patient. Also had to call him about a leaking radiator valve at 7.30pm on a Friday: he was still at work but managed to provide a fix by suggesting what I should try over the telephone. Above and beyond the call of duty really. I have no hesitation in recommending him - really nice guy too.

Alex did a great job at fitting a new sink for us. This was a really fiddly job as we have such a tiny kitchen, with a water meter taking up a lot of space under the sink. He reinforced our counter tops and went over and above to get it sorted despite having very little room to work in. We are really happy with the result.Alex also looks after a rental property my sister and I have and he has done lots of work there too which has always been done at short notice. He is liaises with our tenant and takes the worry out of it for us.

Alex has been looking after our boiler and heating system for several years and has always provided excellent service. He replaced the boiler a couple of years ago and gave us some really good advice on which options would be best for us. Recently he repaired a leaking toilet and had to replace the broken tile around the pipe with a piece of board as we didn’t have a spare - he painted it to match and from a standing position you can’t even tell it’s not a tile! All of his work is of that same high standard, immaculately finished and when he leaves you can’t tell you’ve had a workman in.He is courteous and always smiling, a joy to have in the house.
