Natalie is amazing! With Shelbi at her right hand, the sale of our house probably could not have gone any better. We had several issues that required work by a variety of vendors, and Natalie and Shelbi had contact info at the ready, and, in some cases, scheduled the work for us. Every one of their preferred vendors was professional, timely, and friendly.Natalie is incredibly up to date on market trends, the effects of interest rates on sales, and so much more. She guided us to good decisions about the sale of our house, including timing and pricing. Natalie and Shelbi both are great communicators, and were quick to respond to emails. When a challenge arose with an offer, she was quick to come up with solutions and deal with the issue quickly and with strength.
