I had the most amazing experience selling a home we had in Santa Fe for many years with Natalie. She was amazingly efficient, kind and super good at communicating constantly during the process. I reached out to Natalie and was immediately impressed with the background research she had conducted already. As this was going to be a fully remote transaction excellent communication was very important to me via zoom, email & calls. Throughout we had regular and timely communication on all aspects of the sale. Since I was not in Santa Fe anymore, Natalie and her team worked with contractors to perform some work before listing, which again was seamless. My experience with professionals in Santa Fe has been mixed, Natalie was a breath of fresh air in being knowledgeable, efficient and on top of everything at all times.
