I found this company online this morning at 8 a.m. I was contacted within twenty minutes via text after I submitted an inquiry for service. Tim, the owner sent me a message stating that he could come out today to address my concern. He arrived at the appointment time scheduled. He assessed my concern in my bathroom. He informed me that I didn't have a leak or mold issue. He recommended that I pull the current flooring to allow the subfloor to dry before installing my new flooring. I'm installing new flooring throughout my house, but I was going to allow the new flooring to be placed on top of the current flooring in my bathroom. Again, I thought I had a leak concentrated in my wall based on the condition of my baseboard beside my shower. I'm thankful for his assessment. I appreciate his valuable assessment even though I won't be needing his service. He checked my other bathroom as well and determined it was fine. His consultation was free. I would definitely recommend this company. Tim was efficient and knowledgeable. He was honest. He didn't try and sell me a service that I didn't need.

This was the first time I’ve had to use a mitigation company. My refrigerator had been leaking for a while and was discovered by my buyer’s inspector. Lupe and Gus from Sunshine were amazing! I had confidence in them right from the beginning. It took a while for my wall to dry out and they had to return for a few days in a row. They always worked with my schedule and were promptly at my door ready to go to work when they said they would be. My husband and I used Sunshine Restoration to come out to our home to do some air mold testing. We were very please at the service, kindness, and skill of the techs that came out, and I was even further impressed with the gentleman who answered the phone when I called when I had questions about my results. He took the time to go over my results and explained in detail what each one meant. They did not try to sell me service or products I did not need and put my mind at ease. It was also refreshing that an actual person answers the phone when you call, and it does not go straight to voicemail or to a third party.

What a pleasure it was to work with such a hard working quality oriented company. They were prompt and worked well with the insurance company. A couple of their employees (Lupe and Georkis) were the best. They were hard workers, kept us informed during the process, very professional and knowledgeable of the details that needed to be accomplished and shared with us, the homeowners. The workmanship was excellent and Tim, the owner, was very fair to work with. When disaster strikes, they are the ones to call.
