I called Honest Appliance because D3 Appliance (Assurant Claims through Lowe’s) would not send someone out to fix my dryer for 2 weeks. They were very rude, hateful and did not care how long it would take to provide service. Josh from Honest Appliance provided excellent service was very knowledgeable, efficient and reasonable. I’ll hire Honest Appliance again. Highly recommended!

Josh was great, he called because his schedule allowed him to show up earlier it worked for me. Unfortunately, my washer was at end of its life - it had a good run 16 years with no issues. Very professional, customer service great. Will definitely use them for other appliance repair needs.

Honest Appliance is great, and the only company I’ll be using moving forward! Josh took a look at our fridge/freezer and was honest about its condition (it had a manufacturing defect). He showed us the damage on the unit very clearly and explained the issue with the components. Although it wasn’t the best news (time for a new fridge) we appreciated his very good work and honesty, and he even chatted with us for a bit about brands he recommends to go with or avoid. Thank you Josh!
