The technician (Kyle) arrived on time and was very friendly. He quickly diagnosed the problem with our washing machine and explained it to me in detail. I appreciated his honesty when he said that he could fix it but that I could buy a new machine for close to the same price. He also gave me some good advice for maintaining my next washing machine.
