Honest Appliance is great, and the only company I’ll be using moving forward! Josh took a look at our fridge/freezer and was honest about its condition (it had a manufacturing defect). He showed us the damage on the unit very clearly and explained the issue with the components. Although it wasn’t the best news (time for a new fridge) we appreciated his very good work and honesty, and he even chatted with us for a bit about brands he recommends to go with or avoid. My Oven went out and based on all the positive reviews, I chose Honest Appliance Repairs. Joshua came to my house right on time. He was courteous, knowledgeable and thorough. Joshua had no problem diagnosing what was wrong and my oven works like new. Joshua was very friendly and easy to deal with. He answered all my questions and made sure I was completely satisfied.
