Great first lesson at Kokoro Martial arts academy, i’ve never done any form of training before and i’m 2 months post hip operation so was a little out of my comfort zone! Instructors and Students were all very helpful, patient, respectful and understanding. Can’t wait to try some more classes soon :)

If you are considering any martial arts I highly recommend here. They are so friendly so no need to be scared (like I was!). Give it a go, you won't regret it!
