My sister and I are disappointed with our diode laser experience here. After 3 sessions, we saw no visible results and our hair even seemed to grow back thicker. Yes thicker! When we raised our concern, we were told it was “because of melanin,” and were even asked, “now what do you want me to do?” which felt dismissive and unprofessional.During the 4th session, the machine was clearly set to a higher setting, which made us question why it wasn’t done properly from the start. Overall, it felt like a waste of time and money! 🤷🏻‍♀️

I recently had an Ultherapy treatment, and the whole experience was amazing. They kept checking in with me throughout the process to make sure I was comfortable. What really stood out compared to other clinics was that after the treatment, they even applied a face mask, did some skincare, and gave me a 10-minute shoulder, neck, and chest massage. The whole experience felt so relaxing and not rushed at all. Highly recommend everyone to give it a try!

I've done a facial before with a different shop and it took me 5 facials before I was satisfied but with this clinic, in just 1, I am out of words! PLUS Bonnie is so accomodating, she'll answer everything that you need to know!
