Regarding my Florida Contractor book set order: I was a little nervous at first seeing a few books were missing, but the team at 1 Exam Prep was quick to communicate with me and got my remaining books shipped out as soon as the back order was fulfilled. Would use them again.

Carlos was informative and straight to point. Very welcoming as well. I feel I could reach out and receive a reply back quickly. Even after I forgot the previous meeting he rescheduled and was very understanding.
