Max answered all my questions in great detail. The day of my service appointment he communicated to me his ETA. He was promptly on time. I was impressed by his professionalism. The car had old stains and normal wear for an older car. Max took two hours to detail the car. Max tackled tough stains and cigarette smoke smell. The stains are gone and no more cigarette smell. We have a wrapped company vehicle, that (long story) ended up with a bunch of double sided adhesive tape on it.
