The HOPE Doctors
I am beyond grateful I came across Dr Kaylee at her practice. I have had multiple surgeries for incontinence and bladder prolapses , I’ve now developed a significant uterus prolapse causing me daily issues of pressure and pain. I was reluctant to have more surgery so wanted to try a pessary for support. But, I live in the Cayman Islands and there is no access to physios or surgeons with pessaries or who know how to use or fit them. So, when I knew we were planning a trip to Tampa for an event, I made contact with a few physios in Tampa. Dr Kaylee was the only one to come back to me, but also offered such great communication, and keen to help. After regular supportive communication, she was able to find me a slot that fitted in with our holiday plans.I’ve had ongoing pelvic floor issues for years and in this time seen 3 PFPT, all very good. Or at least that’s what I thought. I didn’t think Dr Kaylee could give me more knowledge, but I can honestly say she filled me with way more knowledge, gave me an internal examination more in depth than previous physios and really gave me a great understanding of what I was dealing with and what I needed to focus on. She also fitted me with a pessary. I’ve wrote loads but today’s visit was huge for me in terms of feeling more positive for the first time. And Dr Kaylee offered complete empathy throughout. Will def be touching base virtually over other physios. And will hope to see her again when we next travel.
