We had a great experience with Top Gun. I’m sure some of you can relate when making initial calls with service providers it can take forever to get a reply, but Top Gun responded within the hour to my initial inquiry and I had an appointment set quickly for someone to come to my house for a quote. All my questions were answered thoroughly and I even had questions after they left so I texted and got quick responses. On install day, they arrived on time and even helped me move our garage fridge into the house to get it out of the way. They performed their work and finished within the day. Once completed, they cleaned everything and left no finishing touch undone. My husband and I are very tidy and particular about our stuff so those finishing touches go a long way with us. As instructed, we let it sit for 3 days before moving heavy stuff in and absolutely love how it looks. We went with the Stonehenge color/pattern and it’s perfect for our home.

My experience was amazing With Top gun garage !!! and I will be very transparent i hired another company prime epoxy before and they did a terrible job they got epoxy all over my driveway and didn’t even grind my garage floor !! I found out after it was a nightmare would be being nice.Top Guns salesman Patrick was amazing he showed up on time and seen the situation I was in and stepped up for me to help me out because it was in a mess !!They came a couple days later and removed everything thank god because nothing was Ground at all, and the product that was installed previous to them would never have lasted.. I have a large two car garage.They showed up at 9 o’clock on time and drove away at 6 o’clock and my floor is a 11 out of 10. One of the best experiences I’ve had dealing with any companies in Cape Coral. I can’t say that enough.!!!! Thanks again top Gun garage

After moving into my new home in Naples, I set out to get 3 quotes to have my ugly garage floor coated. After the first 2 quotes, I was a bit concerned simply due to a lack of professionalism and confusing information that I had received, but then Top Gun showed up. Wow, what a difference! Patrick was phenomenal. He not only was very genuinely kind, but explained everything in great detail with such professionalism with no pressure which made my decision a no brainer.The installers showed up on time, were very considerate of my property, paid close attention to detail and my garage is now absolutely beautiful! The follow up customer service was Awful!! I was told they would come back and fix an area 18”x18” for no additional charge. They did show up to fix the floor but I was charged an additional charge of $250.00 it took 10 minutes to fix. Beware of using this company they certainly don’t honor what they tell you.

Top gun just finished doing the epoxy in our garage. They did a fantastic job! I reached out to several companies when we started and Top Gun called back first and came out quickly for an estimate. Had some issues with their epoxy floor a few weeks after the install....a small area of the floor had some bubbling and it was not very easy to get someone out to fix it. Almost as if I was to blame for the imperfection.Also, their referral program is questionable since I have filled out the form but never received any referral $....be cautious with this company- not overly easy to do business with.
