It has now been nearly a year, and you have ceased all communication.This is a formal demand for a full refund to be paid within 10 business days of this letter. If payment is not received by that deadline, I will be forced to take immediate legal action, including but not limited to:*Filing complaints with the Attorney General and Consumer Protection Division in your state,*Reporting this incident to the Better Business Bureau, local law enforcement, and the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3),*Pursuing a civil claim for fraud and breach of contract,*Publicly warning others of your business practices through formal reviews and online consumer protection forums.Additionally, I have been contacted by multiple individuals who report that they, too, paid you for float tanks or equipment and have not received their purchases or a refund. This suggests a pattern of behavior that may rise to the level of criminal fraud.This is your final opportunity to resolve this matter amicably. If I do not receive a full refund within 10 business days, I will proceed accordingly without further notice.
