Did a float last Friday night and as a first timer I really appreciated the agent on staff Jermaine preparing us for a great first time experience. He was very clear and made sure no detail was missed in showing the lay of the facility. It made for a seamless stress free first time experience. Very clean rooms and amenities. I’ve sent five emails since December 28th with no response. My husband purchased a package of three float sessions for me for Christmas. Unbeknownst to me, my doctor advised me to not use them. I’m type one diabetic and pregnant, so due to medical reasons I requested a refund. I’m extremely frustrated from the lack of response. I’ve also tried to call countless times with no answer. All I want is to have my issue resolved and to speak with someone. Less

I paid the owner to come down and set up my float tanks once and he didn't finish so I paid him again and more for additional equipment and he has rescheduled at least 5 times and is now not responding. Less

Booked a couple appointments here. Was instructed to show up 15 minutes early, left work early to do that. Got here and no one is here. No one answering calls, emails, nothing. Already charged me in full and can’t get a response. Less

I've been coming here to float for over a year, when I can afford to do so with my other medical expenses. Staff and owners have always been incredibly friendly and helpful. I've never had a single complaint. Floating has been an amazing experience for me. I find it incredibly beneficial for both stress and pain relief. Less

I was a bit apprehensive making an appointment at Float Plus because truly I had no idea what to expect. The space is very clean which is a major +. The staff is overly kind and welcoming. He thoroughly explained the process and assured me I would enjoy the experience. Within 15 minutes I melted into my surroundings and felt completely relaxed.
