After using it for almost 2 years now, Vidlead has consistently met all the needs for my video business. I'm not a huge power-user of all the features that it can provide - however having all of it fit into one tool is incredibly helpful rather than spread across many different pieces of software. Solid product, great customer support, and consistently adding useful features to the software.

This is hands down the BEST CRM and automation software. Super user friendly, they are quick to reply to emails and very detailed to make sure you get your question answered as well as make sure you understand the answer to your questions.
