The Lenergy experience was great from start to finish. Ryan quickly established a rapport and understood our needs and particular set up. The quotation proposal was professional and completed very efficiently. Pricing was competitive. The timing of the installation was on time and the installer was able to adapt quickly to a change that we were unaware of in relation to where our main switchboard actually was. The end result was a system that fully integrated with our existing Tesla apps. Very happy and highly recommend Lenergy.

We recently added a Sigenergy battery to our existing solar in an attempt to redeuce power bills. After waiting 2 weeks for another supplier to quote (!), we decided to give Lenergy a try instead on the recommendation of a friend. Suffice to say Charles was on-site a day later, and by the end of that day we had a design and quote. Communication prior to install was great, and the batteries were ready to install sooner than expected. The installer (Trent Allman) did a fantastic job of the install - everything where we wanted it, and a very neat job indeed. We were shown how everything worked on the Sigen app, and Trent didn't leave until we were comfortable with all aspects of controlling the battery. I have since signed up for Globird ZEROHERO plan, and from Day 1 we have had zero bills and have run up ~$80 in credit. This is for an all-electric home including charging an EV, and I expect the credit to accelerate even further as we get into the longer summer days. Sigenergy may not be the cheapest battery solution out there, but the recent poor experiences of a neighbour who went with an alternative battery supplier make me glad I chose Sigenergy/Lenergy !!

From the get go Lenergy was an excellent choice. From working with Michael Dushea on the design phase to choosing the right size battery for my purposes through delivery and installation I couldn’t have been more impressed. The system has been up and running since April 27th (yes a public holiday) and it’s operating perfectly. The young installation crew were quick and efficient and provided a thorough overview of the installation and instructions on how to use the app as well as all safety features. Office staff were very helpful throughout, which added to my confidence in my choice of supplier. 10/10 from me.

Lenergy was recommended to me as a local business with efficient, courteous and knowledgable service, and that is exactly what I found. I dealt with Charles Dickson who was exceptionally professional but also easy to talk to, with an ability to communicate the details of what could have been a complicated process simply and clearly. Lenergy explained what they would do, they did it on time and on budget, and the whole thing is working. After reviewing Solar Installation on Choice and requesting a follow up from Companies, I was contacted by Michael from Lenergy.Michael was able to answer any further queries I had which made me fell comfortable enough to request a quote which came through the same day.I felt very confident that I had made the right choice as attention to detail in relation to placement of panels and Solar System was great and clear.Follow up with home visit and further explanations were clear. I was made aware of what may be extras that were not in the quote as each job varies at different homes for various reasons ie safety.The administration staff were very good at keeping me informed of dates for installation. If I was not available via phone they followed up with an email. Relatively new to the Solar Battery world I contacted Solar quotes to get a few quotes. I already had 13Kw of Solar Panels and a 10kw Inverter. This was working well and we had heaps of daytime solar but were donloading from the Grid every night and with power prices increasing we decided to bite the bullet. I spoke to a number of Solar companies and was not "sold" by what they told me. They didnt seem to listen to my needs rather telling me what they thought I needed.I finally spoke with Kieran from Lenergy. He was friendly very informative and knowledgeable and listened to what I wanted from the Battery. He sent me a number of quotes and information and he was NOT pushy at all which was a pleasant change.The decision was so much easier with what information he supplied and made the decision so much easier.We decided to go with The Sigenergy 40kw Battery with Gateway. They also set up my entire home to run on battery in case of loss of Grid Power. This was something the other companies were not going to do. They were only looking at selecting a couple of circuits to be done in case of power failure. This just did not seem sensible with going with a 40kw battery.The process was seamless. We waited a few weeks for installation. The system was installed by a local electrician and we were happy with the installation. Everything was explained and the installer helped me download the app from Sigenergy and log on. The App is great and I can see and do everything.We went originally with Amber as a provider and they were great but after the first few weeks we decided to change to GloBird. We found the 3 free hours of downloading from the Grid between 11am and 2pm worked a treat for us. Even on wet cloudy days we know that we have a full battery going into the Evening. We also have started exporting some of our power to the grid each evening and making some extra money. This is on top of the $1 Credit they give you each and every day for not downloading from the grid during Peak hours.We have also had out first Loss of Power (planned outage) the other day. Our power kept running not even a sign that we had lost grid power except for the text and email from Sigenergy. Our App showed we had enough power to run for 17 hours. Wow.I must also add we have a Pool, 4 fridges, freezer, Aquarium and a household of 3 adults and 2 children and 2 large dogs.We have been exceptionally happy with our battery system and I am more than happy to recommend Lenergy and Kieran.We now have one less bill to pay and instead make some money.

I had undertaken a considerable amount of research before committing to the team at Lenergy. The sales pitch in all of these circumstances is always polished. It does not necessarily follow that the installation of the work and more importantly, the after sales service is as polished. I could not speak more highly of the team at Lenergy. From my very first point of contact with Harry all the way through to the installing team, every person I dealt with with were thoroughly polite, professional and authentic. It was a pleasure dealing with Harry who I found to be genuine, thoroughly across his product and helpful. This has continued to be the case post installation. Haydon and the installation team were the most polite and respectful tradies I have ever encountered. Once again, they knew their work. They were patient with me as consumer and they did not look for or take shortcuts. Post installation, I continue to find Harry and the technical team available and helpful. This is an industry fraught with unqualified and dishonest people. I could not speak more highly of the team at Lenergy. They deserve to do well because they treat their customers with respect and they set high standards for themselves.
