Just finished my first CrossFit class, and I might be hooked! The vibe was amazing—everyone was super friendly, like they knew a secret to fitness happiness. The coach was fantastic, making sure I didn’t accidentally deadlift my way to the ER.
By the end, my muscles were sending SOS signals, but that’s just weakness leaving the body, right? I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a great workout. Come for the exercise, and stay because your legs won’t work well enough to leave!
