Wink's Water Heaters

Awhile back my water heater (bought and installed/"maintained" by another company) began to leak pretty badly. I reached out to the company I bought it from and got the complete runaround. Vague hints at when they possibly, maybe could get by to check it out. Their only real advice was to soak up the leaking water with "plenty of towels" (gee, wish I'd thought of that). After a few days I'd had enough. A friend mentioned Wink's as somebody I could rely on for quality service and reasonable prices for a replacement if that turned out to be the case. So I called them and they showed up right away, fixing the leak and cleaning up the entire affected area. Months later it became clear to me that my old water heater had had it. My first call was to Wink's who, again, showed up promptly and confirmed my fears. They never pressured me to buy a new one but I decided I needed stability in this area once and for all. So they quoted me a price (much more reasonable than I thought it would be) and I had a new one in no time. Everything has worked smoothly ever since. So if you run into a problem with your current water heater, or feel it's time for a new one, I strongly suggest you give Wink's a call. You won't regret it.
